    You are not alone

The fact that I do a lot of energy work is no secret. Doing this is what helped me let go of my broken dreams, what helped me heal and let go of the past. It is what helped me let go of control and embrace change, embrace Life. To grow! To allow myself to flow where Life is talking me instead of fighting the currents to get where I thought I wanted to get. It’s also what taught me how to consciously create the life I want and how to be constantly open to updating my ideas about what kind of life I want. How to listen to my…

Falling in love with London, the amazing city I call my home

Ever since the second lockdown started, I felt it would be a different one (and thankfully, I was right). So I planned on going out for a daily walk, to still enjoy the city (yes, we are allowed!). I’m fortunate enough to live in one of my favourite neighbourhoods in London, so a walk here is a delight. I didn’t get to do it daily as I planned, but on the days I did, I was so happy to be doing it, that nothing else mattered. I was walking through the rain and it didn’t bother me one bit. The city was so beautiful, that just seeing it’s charm and…

    What is your soundtrack?

I just finished watching a series on Netflix named Soundtrack. I’m not even sure I liked it, there were things I liked and things I didn’t, but the end of the last episode spoke to me in such a beautiful way! Sam said something that I always felt deeply but couldn’t put into words before. He talks about how every song is a love song. That every single one is about a form of love somehow. And the thing that resonated deeply with me was: “Each one of us has a soundtrack. It is as idiosyncratic as our fingerprint. It defines who we are, and it tells the story of…

The year that changed my life

The day I left Bucharest to go to London for what I thought would be one or two months of time for myself and time to enjoy & experience a city I love, I heard a song that I couldn’t get out of my head the whole day. So I listened to it on repeat for more than 3 hours on my flight. It said: Darlin’, pack a suitcase Let’s get away and start over Smoke a J by the waves while we sip on some ice cold Corona Let’s take it back in the day to when we first knew it was over Let’s take time to fall in…

Taking the scenic route through life

Today I left Bucharest to go home to my parents. My way home goes through one of the most beautiful places in Romania. It’s a very long road, but for me it’s totally worth the while. Normally it takes me five and a half to six hours to get home, depending on the traffic. I like to take this time to just enjoy the road, listen to music while singing from the top of my lungs and to just spend time with myself. So I was on my way home and when I reached my favorite part, and I just felt a deep gratitude for being able to see such…
